Sparty time!

Every 2 years, the Michigan State Spartans take on the Northwestern Wildcats at Ryan Field in Evanston, which is about 10 minutes from our place.  Today, they played during what was almost a perfect fall day. Sunny and high 70's, it was hard to beat.  We took the EL up to the game and carried Milo in the Bjorn.  He did great on the way there and back home.

We got to the stadium sometime during the 2nd quarter, since Milo was taking a nap prior to the game.  The stands were a bit crowded but we found our seats among many other Spartan fans.  State was already up by 10 and our section was really cheering on the Green and White.

Milo did, however, seem to catch the attention of many of the fans in our area, since he was dressed in his little Spartan jumper!  Milo lasted until the half, Milo got a bit scared when the crowd cheered during the touchdowns so we decided to head back home.  We all had a good time and it was a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
